Each individual Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on jz999 at any time. The creation or maintenance of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If jz999 determines that a Player holds more than one Account, jz999 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending bets and bonus balances, and withhold any withdrawals pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly via the Account settings should any detail change.
jz999 accepts no liability for any loss or delay arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by the Player. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. jz999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an Account that results from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.

jz999 supports deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All deposits are credited to the Player's PKR wallet. jz999 does not impose fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jz999 accepts no responsibility.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the cashier screen at the time of transaction. jz999 reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time without prior notice. Deposits made via methods not listed above will not be accepted and will be returned to the originating account.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used to deposit into the Account, or to a verified bank account registered in the Player's own name. jz999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the Player's JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank account.
Before a withdrawal request can be approved, the Player must have completed jz999's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, including submission of valid proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will remain pending until verification is finalised.
jz999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any additional verification requirements. jz999 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected.
All Account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on jz999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jz999 does not apply currency conversion at any step. The PKR amount deposited by the Player is the PKR amount credited to the Account wallet without deduction.
jz999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms which are published alongside each individual promotion. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus balances that remain uncleared at the expiry of the promotional period will be removed from the Account without compensation.
Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution. jz999 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any related winnings, and close the Account of any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing offsetting bets to artificially clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; using automated software or bots to place bets; or any other behaviour that jz999 determines to be in bad faith.
jz999 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility, alter bonus amounts, or withdraw bonus offers at any time and without notice. Bonuses are personal to the Player and may not be transferred to another Account. Only one active welcome bonus per Player is permitted. Players who have self-excluded or who are subject to Account restrictions are not eligible to claim promotional offers during the restriction period.
All casino games, live dealer tables, and slot games available on jz999 are provided by certified third-party game studios and use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is provided by the game studio and is available within the game information panel.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the Player's device and the result recorded on jz999's server, the server-side result shall be the definitive record and shall prevail in all cases. Technical malfunctions or connectivity interruptions do not constitute grounds for a claim against jz999 for voided game rounds.

In-play betting markets are subject to closure at any time at the Operator's discretion. Bets placed on markets that have been settled in error will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's PKR wallet.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jz999 and will result in immediate Account suspension, potential permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
jz999 reserves the right to suspend any Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players. During a suspension, the Player will not be able to log in, place bets, deposit, or withdraw funds.
jz999 may permanently close an Account following investigation of a suspended Account if a breach of these Terms and Conditions is confirmed. Upon termination for cause, jz999 reserves the right to void all Bonus Balances and withhold Real Money Balances pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings. Real Money Balances that are not subject to any dispute will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.
Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting the jz999 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jz999 and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or platform errors, even if jz999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jz999's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
jz999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jz999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
jz999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account on jz999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jz999 implements industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption across all Platform pages, including the login screen and cashier, to protect the confidentiality and integrity of Player data and PKR transactions. jz999 does not sell or rent Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without the explicit consent of the Player.
